It has been a great year and we would like to thank all of you that have worked extremely hard this year to make HIES Inc. a wonderful company! We would also like to welcome all the new employees that have been hired within the last year and look forward to helping you build a lasting career and working with you for years to come!
There has been a lot of questions regarding PTO lately. Please read through the 2012 handbook and get yourself acquainted. There have been some changes to the PTO policy in the last year mainly on how excess PTO is handled.
You will also find a new order form to order company logo items. When you are in need or preferably before you are in need of new company shirts, please use the company "logo items request form" found below. After your order has been received by human resources and approved, your items will be placed on order with the next bulk ordering process.
You will also find a new "PTO - Vacation request form" which has been revamped. This form is like our old form but it helps the employee break down vacation time and PTO. Since some employees like to combine items together we found this form to be a better fit for our employee needs.
There is now a business card request form that you can fill out and email human resources when you are in need of new cards.
