HIES facilities expert is devoted to the maintenance and care of
commercial or institutional buildings, office complexes, and DOD
housing units. Duties may include the maintenance of air
conditioning, appliances, electric power, communications lines,
plumbing and lighting systems, storm and wastewater systems,
